Curious Stillness

“I invite you to tune in to your thoughts, and related emotions, about your habits… to practice strengthening your ‘mindfulness muscles’ – which like anything you practice, become stronger.”

As a health coach, I don’t set goals for my clients, but this is often one I suggest they consider.

It’s more of a goal-oriented experiment, which like any experiment, requires curiosity, and a mindset with a bias towards learning.

Clients sometimes underestimate the power of mindfulness when striving toward health goals and can have a bias towards more “concrete” action.

Cultivating mindfulness grows grit and self-compassion, and has the biggest ROI.
